Postrate Cancer Identifcation

Scientist at Cancer Research UK have been able to identify a way to distinguish between benign and aggressive forms of prostrate cancer. Their work involves perfecting a simple urine test that would enhance treatment, which in turn would lead to unnecessary surgery, or radiation treatment. Hairspray: Genital Defect In Boys

A report in a national newspaper caught my eye it was pointing out the danger from hairspray to pregnant women. It would appear experts have discovered after detailed interviews with almost 1,000 women in the London area that exposure to hairspray in the first three months of pregnancy increases the chances of Hypospadias, a common genital defect in boys, by two to three times. Vitamins Do More Harm Than Good

Apparently a review of 67 studies found no convincing evidence that antioxidant supplements help to increase life, but there is a possibility they could act in reverse and shorten life expectancy.
